So, it definitely helps. This isn’t for the rank beginner but… if you are a beginner to this style of exercise, you go at your own pace until you can start to match and then start to beat your bests on this kind of exercise platform.
On average, a good HIIT STEP class at Aptitude can burn in excess of 600 calories in a 45 minute session! Some people have walked out burning close to 800 calories. Remember though, you go at your own pace and if you want a more accurate calculation, get a calorie tracker to find out what you will precisely burn.
Your typical gym clothes are perfectly fine. You don’t need to wear anything special aside from what you would normally wear in the gym or in a class.
Well, the usual adage is that you will see a difference in 4 sessions – as part of a wider course of eating well, rest, sleep etc and everyone will start to notice a difference in 12 weeks.
