In this class you will learn how to move your body with skill and improve flexibility, strength and stability for a strong and supple body. Class will include a mixture week to week of yoga styles from Vinyasa Flow to restorative poses, breathing techniques, meditation, as well as relaxation for a well-balanced practice to create overall better body/mind awareness to take with you into your life.
This class is for anyone who wants to move, breathe, feel and live better in their bodies.
