SWEAT is the brainchild of all of all of the trainers who enjoy seeing people do burpees, jumps, slams and anything else that is a high-intensity workout that adds fun and variety to the mix. Aptitude SWEAT classes are loved/hated the way of everything else, love/hate with the exception of marmite… no one truly loves that!
Alternatively you can break a big sweat in our HIIT Step and Aptitude Classes.

What Is Sweat?
Sweat is a HIIT class using a combination of body weight and functional equipment exercises designed to escalate your heart rate and burn maximum number of calories. The session is 50% equipment based and 50% body weight guaranteed to leave you with a sweat on!
WHY SHOULD I TRY SWEAT?
For the fit person in your life, get them doing SWEAT to see just how fit or unfit they are. This interval-training session is something not for the faint-hearted. Getting you up, moving, at pace, changing stations, working out so hard you actually… SWEAT. That’s where the name came from, it’s our way of basically giving you an Endurance and Interval Training Chester based gym experience.

You don’t need to be fit to do SWEAT, SWEAT gets you fit! Naturally it helps and those who already do high-intensity interval training will find it a challenge as this is non-stop exercise for 45 minutes.
One of our trainers clocked up 900 calories and they were walking around! Ok, they were doing a little more than that but you get the picture. You can really burn a lot!
No! Although a lot of people like to use SWEAT to train for HYROX. The biggest difference is no one is making you do farmer walks and ball throws for fun in our class… it’s for our sadistic pleasure.
Try, getting fitter, burning calories, burning fat and improving your ball slams! There are so many associated benefits to HIIT training and SWEAT forms part of that.
