What Do We Do?
Gym
Laid out over 6000sq ft, the gym has been designed with you in mind – and by people that have lived and breathed the gym experience. We have filled it with everything we have wanted from a gym and we haven’t stopped. It’s a space that’s evolving, meeting the latest fitness trends, helping you get to your best.
Fitness classes
From our HIIT classes like Aptitude, Rise, Sweat and Spin to holistic classes such as Synergy Yoga and Pilates. Throw yourself into Step and Zumba or build lean muscle with Lift 3D, Pump and Strength & Abs. We have classes for mothers-to-be and new mothers with Mum and Baby classes, and we are just scratching the surface of what we offer.
Cafe
Free wifi, plenty of parking for bikes or cars, coffee, teas, cakes, smoothies, soup, paninis and more. Our friendly staff are here to help
Personal Training
Personal training is more than just a prescribed plan, it’s about listening to what you want to achieve, knowing how to get the results you want whilst equally taking you on that journey to achieve it. It’s an art and a science, it’s one our trainers with a combined 60+ years of experience bring with them.
