Yes, all members will need to book in advance via the app to attend a class. Please arrive 5 mins before your class start time to allow for check-in and to make your way to the studio. The booking window opens 14 days in advance from the finish time of your selected class.
Yes, you can make more than one booking per day.
All visits are subject to normal booking conditions. Please read our Terms & Conditions. If you cancel late (within 4 hours of your visit) you will receive a strike. If you receive 2 strikes in a month you will lose your booking privileges for 7 days.
The waiting list works on a first come first served basis. If a space becomes available for the class you will receive a notification via your app if you booked via the app or an email if you booked through the website. Please make sure your notifications are set to ‘On’ in your app settings to give you the best chance of claiming the available place. It doesn’t matter if you are first or last on the waiting list as the notification is sent to everyone on the list and it works on a first come first served basis.
All classes are 45mins – 60mins long
No, we kindly ask that you vacate the studio after your class has finished so to allow time for your instructor to clean down the space and provide time for the next class to set up.

Yes, you do need to bring your own gloves to boxing sessions.
Yes, you do need do bring your own mat for holistic classes. In the interest of hygiene we want to encourage members to use their own mat.
