WHAT IS VINYASA YOGA?
Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that emphasises the coordination of movement with breath. Vinyasa is a word from sanskrit meaning, “to place in a special way” which in the context of yoga refers to the linking of breath and movement whilst transitioning between yoga poses.

Not at all, but if you already practise yoga, it definitely helps – but you don’t need to know yoga whatsoever to join this class. Vinyasa is just a way of emphasising the need to focus on breathwork when adjoining movements to keep the flow of the practice… flowing.
As with Yoga, many of those associated benefits are the same. If you want to learn how to switch off, how to relax, how to build stamina and body strength whilst also building flexibility then Vinyasa Yoga is perfect for beginners. Don’t forget, yoga is more than doing a pose, it’s about breath work and bringing calm and quiet to your mind.
Definitely something comfortable, something that helps you to move freely and this is why people invest in yoga pants. They allow you to move with ease and also, keep muscles warm. Shorts, t-shirts work just as well and for some, a sports sweater to stay warm is always a good option to bring across.
