Personal Trainer Tilly Young
Exercise isn’t just about the physical gains but also the mental health benefits.
During lockdown 2020 it was a very difficult time for everyone – I found exercise was my release to get me through difficult times. When the gyms reopened I couldn’t wait to progress my fitness further.
My passion is to help others achieve their goals, big or small, and get to love and thrive in the gym environment as I do. A big part of my fitness journey was getting over my gym anxiety and understanding what I was doing – having a personal trainer really helped me with this. As well as the gym I love walking and travelling the world.
