Personal Trainer Aaron Swindley
My own personal journey with health and fitness is what drove me to become a personal trainer.
When I started boxing at age 12 I was unfit, uncoordinated and between you and I a bit podgy. However, that didn’t stop my coaches from believing in me and guiding me towards my potential. Moving from this to 2018 when I became the light welterweight Welsh Champion. It showed me what difference a coach or personal trainer can make to your life.
This pushed me to become a personal trainer as soon as I could. I now love helping others to see what their bodies and minds are capable of with just enough hard work and the right guidance. I strive to help people who lack inspiration and drive to stay motivated and reach their goals with bespoke training plans and sessions tailored to you, your preferences and your needs.
I understand that health and fitness isn’t all about lifting weights, it’s about nutrition, mobility, confidence, freedom in life and so much more. Whether your goals are to be able to run a marathon, or take that first step into the gym I will make it my mission to be with you every step of the way.
If you have a goal that you’re trying to achieve then give me a message or even better stop me in the gym and tell me about it. I’d love to hear about your journey and if I can offer any advice or guidance to help you to reach your goal I’d be more than happy to help.
