Boxercise Classes
Build strength, coordination, cardiovascular endurance and yes, even learn how to punch with our Boxercise classes. Each class includes a mixture of boxing inspired moves, punches and drills designed to get the heart going, your muscles pumping and letting loose for some of that more pent up stress relief.
You will not be getting punched in the face, nor will you! You will however participate in a class that brings together a variety of exercise based programs to get you feeling energised and ready for another day.
WHAT IS Boxercise?
Boxercise is a high-energy fitness program inspired by boxing techniques. Bringing together elements of boxing & HIIT, Boxercise manages to align coordination, strength training and stress management into one 45 minute session.
WHY SHOULD I TRY BOXERCISE?
Boxercise is a great way to relieve stress in a controlled way. By incorporating drills from boxing, like jabs, hooks and uppercut punches to doing some HIIT training between sets, Boxercise gets you moving, gets you active and builds strength and confidence whilst also providing some much needed relief to the mind and body.
A DIFFERENT BOXERCISE EXPERIENCE IN CHESTER
Sometimes called combat-training and other times called combat fitness, but the Chester Boxercise experience at Aptitude Health is one that is sure to get you coming back time after time. We incorporate different things to make it fun, engaging and also challenging! By being challenged we get to push our bodies that little bit further and make a real difference in each and every class.
