WHEN DO YOU CLEAN THE STUDIOS?
Studios will be cleaned immediately after every class and is also deep cleaned daily. We ask you to wipe down equipment you use before and after use. Plenty of disinfectant wipes and hand sanitiser will be available in all studios.

HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
All classes are 45mins - 60mins in length to allow for an immediate post-class deep clean.

CAN I USE THE STUDIO AFTER MY CLASS?
No. We kindly ask that you vacate the studio after your class has finished so to allow time for your instructor to clean down the space and provide time for the next class to set up.

DO I NEED TO BOOK ALL CLASSES ON THE APP?
Yes you will need to book all classes through the app. Booking opens 14 days in advance from the end of your chosen class.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN GLOVES TO BOXERCISE?
Yes you do need to bring your own gloves to boxing sessions. Like shared usage of mats, in the interest of hygiene we are requesting that members do bring their own gloves.

You do need do bring your own mat for holistic classes. In the interest of hygiene we want to encourage members to use their own mat.

HOW OFTEN IS EVERYTHING CLEANED?
Continuous all day cleaning will be carried out by staff paying specific attention to high touch point areas and using accredited antiviral cleaning products.

AM I ABLE TO BOOK MORE THAN ONE SESSION PER DAY?
Yes you can make more than one booking per day.

DO I NEED TO MAKE A BOOKING IN ORDER TO VISIT THE CLUB OR DO A CLASS?
Yes, all members will need to book in advance via the app to attend a class. Please arrive 5 mins before your class start time to allow for your temperature check, check-in and to make your way to the studio. The booking window opens 14 days in advance from the finish time of your selected class.

I can no longer attend my booking?
All visits are subject to normal booking conditions. Please read our Terms & Conditions. If you late cancel (within 4 hours of your visit) you will receive a strike. If you receive 2 strikes in a month you will lose your booking privileges for 7 days.

HOW DOES THE WAITING LIST WORK?
The waiting list works on a first come first served basis. If a space becomes available for the class you will receive a notification via your app if you booked via the app or an email if you booked through the website. Please make sure your notifications are set to 'On' in your app settings to give you the best chance of claiming the available place. It doesn’t matter if you are first or last on the waiting list as the notification is sent to everyone on the list and it works on a first come first served basis.
